Refund policy
- At Cocoon we offer a 7 day exchange and/ or return policy from the date when the product is received by you.
- Return and exchange of goods is only possible if the merchandise is received in a sellable condition.
- All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
- Once a member of our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming thatyour return has been accepted.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from this date and will be sent via bank transfer.
- Returns and refunds are not possible for customers outside India.
- Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping
In order to make your shopping experience easy, return shipping is free. However Cocoon will not be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: If you have decided to return your purchase, email us at mail@cocooncarpets.com.
Step 2: You will receive an email with your return airway bill number, return address as well as the details of your free courier pick up.
Step 3: Print out the return airway bill number and keep it handy for the courier pick up. Do not pack this!
Step 4: You will receive an email confirming your merchandise has been checked and the refund has been accepted.
